Tender OpportunityChigwell Parish Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the delivery of a
Design and Build Contract for improvement works to the
Community Hub and
Victory Hall, Chigwell, Essex. The project is funded through a combination of UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) grant funding and Parish Council funding.
The works comprise the design, refurbishment, alteration, and improvement of two important community facilities, including accessibility enhancements, installation of community kitchen facilities, internal reconfiguration, building services upgrades, fire safety improvements, storage solutions, and associated construction works. The successful contractor will be responsible for design development, coordination of specialist inputs, construction, commissioning, certification, and handover.
