Local Bus Service Changes - Tender Outcome 2026

Travel Essex has written to inform us that following the Essex County Council 'Local Bus Consultation 2025', the procurement of the subsidised local bus service contracts which are to commence from 26th July 2026 has now taken place.

This only relates to subsidised local bus services with existing contracts set to expire on 25th July 2026. Numerous separate subsidised local bus contracts already have later expiry dates and are unaffected here.
