Iftar Celebration

On Wednesday 26th March, Parish and District Councillors were invited to the Iftar celebration in Chapel Lane, Chigwell. It was a lovely evening, with speakers talking about education, health and welfare. We also got to meet members of the community, who were most welcoming to us.

Later, we were invited to join the community in a meal prepared especially for the occasion, which all declared was delicious!

All Councillors would like to pass on their heart-felt thanks to everyone involved with the celebration.
