Senior Citizens' Club VE Day Celebration

On Wednesday, 12th of May, the Senior Citizens' Club of Chigwell met at Victory Hall for the VE Day 80th anniversary celebrations. The hall and tables were decked out and the members wore red, white and blue!

Everyone sat down to enjoy a sausage or spring roll and chips lunch with light refreshments, and took part in a themed quiz thanks to Mary Tidmarsh. A fantastic busker kept all entertained.
