Essex Bus User Survey

Essex County Council is preparing to launch its annual bus survey to gather public opinions on the bus services in Essex and identify ways to improve them to encourage more people to use buses. They aim to hear from both current bus users and non-users to understand how they can attract more people to use bus services in the future.

The online bus survey will be available from 2nd June to 30th June 2025. The face-to-face survey will take place from 16th June to 27th June 2025 at the following locations.


The bus survey will be advertised on electronic displays during the survey period (2nd June – 30th June 2025).
